“I entered college wanting to work with athletes and learn how to become a better athlete myself.

That led me to study both Physical Therapy and Athletic Training at Quinnipiac College. I furthered my education with at the MGH- Institute of Health Professions in Boston earning a Masters in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Continuing both passions I became a Board Certified Specialist in both Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy from the American Physical Therapy Association.

Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to continue working with patients in the PT clinic and with athletes in their field of play as a Sports Specialist and Athletic Trainer.

My personal activities are Skiing and Mountain Biking. I enjoy bringing the sport of skiing to others as a Certified Instructor with Professional Ski Instructors of America.  I am very fortunate to have relocated to the NEK to be able to enjoy both in my backyard.”
