Career Advancement Program (CAP)
Earn While You Learn
As part of our commitment to fostering excellence in healthcare, we are proud to offer full tuition coverage for select programs. This allows eligible current full-time employees to pursue a college degree or specialized certifications without the burden of long-term debt or loss of income. By removing these financial barriers, we aim to inspire our workforce to reach new heights in their careers, ultimately benefiting our patients and opening entry-level positions for the community.
Paid Study Time Off
Recognizing the importance of balancing work and education, we provide paid study time off in our CAP pathways – certified medical assistant, licensed practical nursing and registered nursing. We understand that pursuing further education requires dedicated time for studying, research, and coursework. Our paid study time policy ensures that you have the necessary flexibility to focus on your educational commitments while maintaining your work-life balance.
Tuition Reimbursement Programs
Each of these programs offers up to full tuition reimbursement:
- Certified Medical Assistant
- Licensed Practical Nurse
- Associated Degree Nurse
