The midwives of the NVRH Birth Center and the Women’s Wellness Center believe that every individual has the right to safe, satisfying healthcare with respect for human dignity and cultural variations. Women choosing to deliver at NVRH are given respect and autonomy in their family planning and childbirth choices. We view the health and well-being of women as the keystone to creating healthy babies and happy families. We believe firmly in the ability and strength of women to give birth naturally and/or in accordance with their desires, and provide as much support as needed to help women accomplish their goals.
