NVRH knows that maintaining your health is one of your primary goals. Kingdom Internal Medicine, an adult primary care practice, is committed to providing comprehensive primary and preventive care, as well as care coordination and on-site behavioral health services to patients 19 years or older. Kingdom Internal Medicine also participates in several state-wide programs, including the Vermont Blueprint for Health.

Patient-Centered Primary Care

Recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance as a Patient-Centered Medical Home, Kingdom Internal offers a healthcare team that includes doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, support staff, and a behavioral health specialist (licensed social worker).

Services

  • Evidence-based management of acute illnesses and chronic diseases
  • Health promotion and disease prevention
  • Referrals for healthcare screenings such as mammograms, colonoscopies, and bone density tests
  • Referrals to specialists
  • Coordination of care with a Clinical Care Coordinator
  • Point-of-care testing
  • Pap smears
  • Minor procedures such a skin biopsies, joint injections, staple and suture removal
  • Short-term counseling with our Behavioral Health Specialist
  • Team-based care

Kingdom Internal Medicine offers same-day appointments for routine and acute needs.

Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Evening hours available Wednesdays until 7 p.m.
