A native of South Burlington VT, I found my passion for sports medicine in high school while taking a sports medicine course where I learned about the human body and how it works. As a result, my interest in the functional mechanics of the body began.

Since graduating from Keene State College I have gone on to expand my knowledge into postural restoration, sports performance, corrective exercise, movement assessment and then furthermore obtaining a Graduate Certificate in Rehabilitation from AT Still University.

In 2016 I began to integrate ergonomics and working to fit workstations to employees into my skill set. This knowledge has followed me into the rehab setting as well, aiding my ability to break down movement patterns to help better troubleshoot what may be causing a decrease in performance or even leading to injury/discomfort in my patients. One of my goals is to educate patients about where they are in space and to become aware of where their bodies are in space while moving.

In addition to my passion for sports medicine, I spend time as an advanced EMT and working as a CPR instructor. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, kayaking and spending time with my dogs Moki and Willis.
