The NVRH Strategic Plan represents a renewed promise, a clarified purpose, and a strategic framework that positions NVRH to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, prioritizing quality care, workforce development, and organizational stability. We are as committed now, as much as we have always been, to meeting our communities’ needs for health and wellbeing.

As we developed this strategic plan, we focused on the lessons we have learned over the past three years, along with being mindful of the evolving healthcare environment, including healthcare delivery and payment reform; new technologies and delivery tools; shifting demographics; and emphasizing our focus internally on the employees that care for our community. The strategic plan sets a clear and inspiring path forward that resonates with all levels of the organization, as well as our community stakeholders.
