Mykala was born and raised in Central Vermont, only moving away for a brief period of time to attend Clarkson University, where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. As a therapist she enjoys working with individuals to help find ways to manage pain and minimize pain medications, improve daily function, and work towards achieving their personal goals. Since working at NPT she has completed her certification for dry needling level one and been certified by Stanford as an Empowered Relief instructor. In her free time she enjoys relaxing, reading, camping, fishing, cross country skiing, biking, and spending time with her dogs and family.
