As such, we offer competitive wages including per diem rates and shift differentials for those who work evening, overnight or weekend shifts.

All employees receive the benefit of a 401(K) Retirement Plan which includes a contribution from NVRH of at least 3% of their salary. Naturally, being a health care facility, we want our employees and their families to be healthy and are pleased to offer many wellness incentives including free memberships to local gyms and resources to help them accomplish their individual wellness goals.
